He has this creepy laugh that I feel like he can’t control …and when he’s drinking his eyes roll.. he said he thinks somethings wrong with his brain.. at first I thought he was doing it intentionally but now I think he can’t helps it.. and now I feel bad for thinking he was just being a crazy ass..

He’s intelligent. Extremely intelligent and he can hold a convo. But out of the blue.. I don’t know if it’s stress that triggers it or what. We work in a highly busy, stressful environment

It could be demonic possession. Something most people completely ignore and even fewer know how to deal with. Due to so few of us reading the Word, we pretend that Jesus wasn't casting out demons everywhere that he went.
When my friend went to get baptized, they noticed things leaving people afterward. Something left them too but in a different way.

If this progresses and he is indeed possessed by a demon, how bad can it get? Please help me

Concerning the ''things' they saw leaving people after the baptism, they described seeing people shaking and falling over and then becoming relaxed after as if something left them. There were also people that had barely anything to eat before baptism, going to the toilet afterward and reporting about huge amounts of weird looking stool coming out.
The best thing to do for your friend is to pray for him. He may not be open enough to consider deliverance but you could always mention it in passing.
From what I've seen concerning demonic possession a lot of the time it will remain dormant but it will influence their choices in life I think. The link you found seems to contain pretty much everything you need though, assuming it is accurate.
I wonder if he took any of those COVID shots, because someone I know that did, told me they started to hear a voice telling them they were worthless. They said it was the voice of Satan.
pseudo bulbar affect.. ever heard of this? I think if you have the Holy Spirit in you, no voices would occur. My uncle used to listen to heavy metal… lights would flicker, he heard voices, the volume would go up and down and his lamp shades were moving… he’s now super religious and all that is in his past.. long story short
So I 100% believe in demons, angels, God abd the devil and I think the devil has a lot of influence on mental health that no medication can cure

Above explains it well. What the enemy has done (2021) this time around is really crafty and devious. They have disguised many 'vaccines' as medicine that are really DNA modifiers. So what the public think is medicine, but it is in fact something that starts to corrupt them and never stops. Anyone that tries to warn them is labelled as a lunatic or a conspiracy theorist so that is also taken care off.
What many are unaware of and what the media is keeping quiet is the birth of corrupted species that are far stronger, faster, more mature, smarter and physically different than normal human babies. My friend has seen two of them already and the parents just say 'Oh I ate a lot during lock-down, that's why my baby is so big.'... that doesn't explain the adult teeth does it...

But what you're describing isn't ptsd. Ptsd is fucking awful. One wrong stimuli and boom, you're back in the worst moments of your life. Like a nightmare while you're awake, and often you can't stop it until it's done.
