Is it possible to rewire your brain after manipulation and trauma after going through it for years?

Yes through God, His Word and the Holy Spirit. Through man it can take a long time and they won't necessarily have the power. See the comment below:

That is because of the limitations of man. When you activate your faith and commune with the Holy Spirit, the impossible becomes the possible. Also bear in mind that the people supposedly trying to heal you, would be out of work if they actually did heal their clients.

Yes, it's definitely possible, but therapy is likely to speed up the process.

My mother had abusive parents and her first husband was as well (not my father thankfully). She definitely was affected a lot by it when she was younger, as I've heard stories and I've just seen it myself growing up. That was her in her late 20's and early 30's recovering from it.

Now she is in her 40's and I pity the person who get's on her bad side 😂 She is very strong-willed and does not take shit from anyone. I am proud of her for how she's grown, since that shit is tough. It took her time and I imagine going through her own self-reflecting to help significantly decrease the symptoms.

Everyone's journey in that regard is not going to be the same, but it's definitely possible to rewire your brain for the most part. It's not about getting rid of it, since you won't, but decreasing it significantly.

I think you can get passed many traumas but you'll always be defined by them.
