
Do you like cardio workouts?


I love doing ruck marches. I do 2-4 charity races every weekend. Throw on 34-42lbs and go do anywhere from 10 to 45km. Lots of fun when you've got a lot of people racing for you AND it's for a good cause.
What are ruck marches?
You put on a weighted vest or backpack with weights in it, go for a walk.

Tbh, I don't.
I prefer strength training, and weighted calisthenics. I can work out for 2.5 hr at a time.

Yes, I do a lot of cardio. I do a 50 minute HIIT workout on either a bike or elliptical machine. I always leave a puddle behind.
Yeah but dont really have time for more than a half hour per day or so.
Exercise is important but it does take some time

I like riding bikes for cardio, and sometimes lifting very light weights quickly for a very high number in the set.

I like riding bicycles and that's about it. I'm fat and need to do more cardio
