What's your opinion on Superfoods?

I think they're super! 😋 But seriously, I think superfoods can be a good thing to incorporate into your diet, but it's not like they're a guarantee for longevity or anything. The best anyone can do is eat a healthy diet, get regular exercise, and also allow yourself to indulge in the "bad" stuff every once in awhile too. Like the old saying goes: everything in moderation.

The way I look at superfoods and healthy foods in general is that they don't necessarily give you length of life, but the potential for a better quality of life. But an overall healthy lifestyle is also a very important contributing factor. It's never just one thing. But eating healthy is always a good step in the right direction.
