I’m a 34 year old male diagnosed with shizoaffective disorder, Anxiety, and PTSD. I have lived a life full of Addiction, Abuse, Trauma, Mental illness, Prisons, Criminal activity and more. Im a self taught medicinal mushroom farmer and a huge advocate for mental health and im thinking about starting a blog to tell about my life and offer advice would you be interested

I've had some, plus more, of what you describe, such as social anxiety and depression. So it certainly couldn't hurt. For a long time, I hadn't a clue what was wrong with me. It wasn't until my sister had kids and they were diagnosed with some of these same things that I became aware of what they even were. Thankfully I never got into drugs, but food became my comfort item. It took me 8 years to finally get back to a decent weight, from 190 to 135. 🍕🍔🍟🍿🥓🍦

Not me personally unless the mushrooms are magic mushrooms but I'm sure there's people that would be interested in such information, is say if you are going to do so then best and most trending social media's atm is YouTube and Tik tok, you can always end up making an Instagram account as well
