Do you believe there is happiness in an athletic lifestyle?

I learned ways to maintain a healthy body shape without exercise by studying nutrition online but I find that most people that don’t know what I do, can still maintain a nice shape by doing rigorous work outs and dieting regimens. I have had health issues for most of my child hood so I have never been a fitness buff but the few times I tortured myself with a tough work out, I felt super good afterwards.
