How do some women have better posture than others?
Unless someone's spine has some kind of degenerative or issue or disfigurement, good posture is mostly about making a conscious, concerted effort to sit properly and to not do things that put yourself in a bad posture, like slouching in a chair or having your head looking down at a phone screen for hours a day, etc.
Regular exercise, particularly core exercises, can be beneficial as well, but it still comes down to making sure you sit and stand with a good posture. A bad posture can be corrected in most cases, but it takes a lot of self-awareness and repetition, but eventually a bad posture, given time and effort, can be reversed.

I spent a lot of time in rough neighborhoods. You walk around all slouchy and stuff you're gonna get got real quick. Once I learned how to fight I held my head up and got tested a lot less. I later joined the military, where you have to have good posture in formation or you're going to be doing a lot of pushups.
It is impossible that they don't because there is more than one man.

I think it's based off if they exercise or not. Most guys with better posture tend to work out their back muscles and that is what causes good posture. Whereas some who don't tend to have hunched over postures.
