So I did look at whether it can be testicular cancer if it not connected to the testicle and it say no

if is similar to this, and it kinda stings (a little) at touch or feel "depends how big has grown", it will pass eventually. This under skin lump mainly in those areas (groin, ass cheeks) they tend to pop up about 4-5 times in a lifetime, and they are contracted from public toilets, always i pop them off myself, i won't describe it how it manifests or what's inside, or what you'll see when "take the top off" as can be nasty. But yeah, never been to doctors for it, but to help it "pop" i used a warm "band aid" with a patch of onion (peeled onion and slightly baked), and it poped by itself and everything that was inside came out, and in 1 week i was like new...🤷‍♂️
I don't trust foctors anymore, they seem to even "small intervetions" tend to stuff you with unnecesarry pills and injections. Now you do as you feel.
