Had a random lump / spot appear on my chest it's been here for a bit now can't find much online its painless etc can anyone tell me what it is?

Honestly it looks like an epidermoid cyst/sebaceous cyst. They tend to develop anywhere on the body but between your chest is a perfect hot moist environment to develop. They will get bigger and deeper over time and then they have to be lanced or cut out. They have to remove the sac and its contents or it will grow back.

First off that dont look like your chest, second off if I were to guess I would say it's a ingrown hair.
