When I was in college I think I probably walked over 1000 steps in a day because I walked all over the campus and sometimes across the street to get lunch because my college has a Subway built into the bookstore across the street and I would walk there sometimes to get lunch before I had to go to my next class and I'm from the United States
You mean 10,000?
I set a minimum goal of 5k per day for myself but usually it ranges between 7-12k, I also work out at the gym at least 3x a week. Back when I was younger and more energetic I would walk 15-25k daily tho, I don't know how I did it lol
Usually if it’s part of our normal routine it’s much easier
Yeah, and I had a dog back then so we went put for long walks all the time. I miss him, he was such an awesome dog and he kept me healthy lol

Really depends on work and other circumstances. Sometimes it will log my slower, rolling mountain bike rides as well,
Lol, technology
5-60k Depends on if it's race day. Marathons are about 55k right there, then whatever else I do that day.
Marathons are a lot lol. Most I’ve walked in a day is 20 miles.
That I can think of at least
Longest I've done was 86 miles, but I wasn't carrying any weight with me on that one. Usually there's 35-40lbs on my back.
My 20 mile days were hiking in the mountains with a 30-35 lb pack also.
Haha fact or fiction: people that have never had weight on do not appreciate how much more suck is involved than just going for a stroll.
I actually had a guy say that a number of years ago. Saw me sweaty and broken off after i did a 7-8 mile. Told me I needed to get in shape if a lap around the park was so hard. I told him I was ruck marching. He goes "so yeah... you took a walk in the park." I had 85lbs in my assault pack. I told him that. Without skipping a beat he goes "so you took a slow walk in the park with a bag of groceries.
Dude's BMI and my loadout were about the same...
No kidding! You feel like you could fly away after dropping your pack off even at 30lbs and 5 miles.
That’s why I’m an ultralight hiker. A minimalist. Years in the military totally screwed up my back
Yep ultralighting when I'm camping or traveling for sure. People have these 110L packs on and I'm like... bro are you performing surgery AND repairing airplanes? What all you got in there?
Exactly

I can walk 300 to 300,000 deposing on the day and where I am. Currently I am in England.
300,000 is a lot! Did you mean 30,000?
Yes sorry.
30,000 is a good day 🙂
Nice, I reach usually 300 steps when I work from home that day and around 7000 when working in the office.
No idea but during the week I work with kids so I'm always on my feet so a lot I'm guessing 😂
Probably so! Lol
3500 when I'm at work at home about 1000.
Average about 9,000 daily, sometimes more
That’s a good amount I think
Yeah I stay fit because of that
I find it’s essential for mental health as well.
I heard that as well
May be 600
How so little?
That’s easier to believe 😆
