these popped up yesterday and didn’t bother me at first till i scratched ti a bit then they got really itchy and are annoying now i have tried to moisturize didn’t help much what could cause this and is it serious?

You must see a doctor. Preferably a dermatologist but you might have to get a referral from your doctor first.

I wonder if you could take some Benedryl cause it looks like an allergic reaction to me.

Wash hands with mild soap and water. Keep your hands clean. And don't bite them anymore. Do you want that rash in your mouth too?

It looks like you pulled something, like weeds? Something you pulled out of the ground maybe?

I would get some Benedryl because it may be an allergic reaction to whatever you pulled with your hands.

Anyway go to an Urgent Care and have them have a look. They might be able to prescription some prescription cream to put in them.

Be careful with stuff you're allergic to because it can cause you to not be able to breathe from your throat swelling up. You never know. Have a family member or Friend keep an eye on you to make sure you're breathing.

often some automotive stuff like transmissions and engine stuff and oil but other than that unless jerkin off counts 😂
