Right now I drink around 1.5-2 liters a day. Works for me because my diet keeps me actually hydrated & also I'm not sweating a lot anymore.

I try my best to drink at least 6 bottles of water a day. Usually I reach that goal by the end of the day. Sometimes I go past that goal. And sometimes I drink 4 maybe 5 bottles.
