    Yes sure

    In case of men , being strong is quite important

    Strong arms are essential to stay long in missionary.. lot of men have their arms burning after a minute.. it's also essential if you wish to lift your girl up

    Basically you to be quite fit to be in any position in which you have to do the work

    And basic cardiovascular stamina and endurance is essential too... it won't be good to be out of breath in bed

    If you research more, you'll find more benefits.. for example Exercises has proved to help men last long too
