No, I stretch after.
I've always done it post-workout, since I started stretching, because my body would already be pretty warm after I'd be done (or I'd sometimes do a bit of cardio to warm up more).
I also saw a video from a YouTube channel I follow for fitness advice and he advised against stretching pre-workout, at least static ones, though I can't remember his reasoning.
Since my routine is a very meager 50 squats, 40 sit-ups and 30 push-ups I have to say my warm-up is sufficient due to it being me on the treadmill or elliptical machine for 30 to 60 prior while using small weights for my arms. Watching Monty Python stuff or impractical jokers is great while doing it.
I always warmup before to get my joints and body ready for the workout.
Stretching/cool-down post workout... probably not as much as I should, but I'm really trying to so more often I don't get injured or wind up stiff and sore as heck the next day, especially after my long runs or doing certain types of weight training.
A 5 minute cardiovascular warm up is needed prior to any stretching to get the proper amount of blood and oxygen flowing to the ligaments and tendons first.
Or hot Bikram yoga will work without :)

Nah, I get warmed up with a few gong fu drills, and then I do some easy progressions of exercises I tend to do to get some blood flowing to my muscles first, without putting any real strain on them. Then I might do some handstands. And then I'll get to it.
Stretching cold muscles does more harm than good. I do a light set to get my body limber for the motion. I go heavier when I'm warmed up. Once I'm finished working out I get a massage and then stretch.
i find it a lot better to just do foam rolling prior to lifting weight/working out compared to stretching. i usually do my mobility and flexibility work, yoga, and foam rolling on the days i don't lift weights.
I like to do dynamic stretches and run for 5min on the treadmill to wake my body up. I like to do static stretches post workout
Yup I like to take my time stretching and warming up at the gym.
Before I think I'd just do some quick random stuff cause you know I didn't want to waste too much time warming up, but now I think it's better to just slow it down a little.
Warm-ups rarely, stretching never. Static stretching before a workout puts you at risk for injury.

Yes, but not too much. The muscles I typically stretch before a workout are muscles I'm not going to be targeting. So if I'm working out my legs, I would not stretch my legs.
I warm up before a workout and I stretch after my work out.
Stretching should be done after. Warm ups however are fine.
I mostly do the stretching after the work out because it is better to stretch them when they are warm rather than when they are cold.
Nop.
It's not a great thing to do because we lose muscle elasticity, that makes us lose chock absorbent properties for chocks that sooner or later will lead to injuries on all from muscle to joints.
sometimes, mostly no but when im going to do squats deadlift for sure ill strech my back and quads.
I usually do it after. Maybe I’m doing it backwards
I do dynamic stretching
Warm ups are for soyboys I go to the gym to pump iron not to do gay ass warmups!
