$$$. What say you?
Does your doctor help you with medical conditions, illness's, etc., or do you get the run around too?
$$$. What say you?
As I said elsewhere earlier today, doctors are those who are too emotional and invested in the human social deceit to be scientists, but still have just about enough smarts and endurance to pass the university process. Generally they're people who are fundamentally cursed with the dark side of empathy, presented with the very worst of humanity... which makes them troubled. Either they learn to stop caring and do their jobs, or they let the caring destroy them from the inside out and start screwing everything up.
I've been getting the run-around with my edema for at least 12 years, now! Everybody's a specialist and knows exactly how to get rid of it but not a fucking one of them has helped me at all! These are the same idiots that tell everyone there's no cure for cancer when there's damn near 400 known natural cures!! The icing on the cake was about 2 months ago when I saw my GP and she suggested I get a covid shot! Sorry! I'm not a lab rat!!
@FunkyMonkee
See, that's exactly what I am talking about and that's why I am posting this question!
Most doctors don't know shit about doctoring! All they go to school to learn is how to write prescriptions, shell out drugs and send out huge bills for doing nothing because they need to the money to pay for all the schooling and machines they were "given"! They don't even make house calls, anymore!! Back when they did, you were charged a lot less.
I haven’t found a good doctor yet. Especially in the mental health field. You’re only valuable to them as much as you’re willing to pay them, and most of the time they just look at you like you’re a drug seeker or a liar. I can’t stand going to the doctors anymore.
@NotInterestedSorry
How could I possibly steal someone's question? I haven't read every single question on this website 🤷🏼♀️. So I guess you are just saying this as FAKE NEWS. Don't believe this person!!. She is lying. Probably mad because I may have blocked her option and wants revenge.
She wrote her original question under Anonymous user. Anonymous people don't mean anything to me.
My doctor saved my life did brain surgery and give me meds and regular checkup , so I could live a happy live,
rather then staying in hospital for life

The medics and surgeons have preserved and vastly improved my life and health. Unlike my "family".
So I consider medics to be the good ones.
Of course they do it (not only) for the money. Nobody will do it for free. What did you expect?
@Unut1
Of course I don't think they would work for free. But that's not we we are saying when we talk about it with various people. I don't know where you live, but where I live it does seem like they just want the money, yet they're not getting us we'll like a doctor should; then there's the 3 months in between visits. When you're sick, that's a long time to wait. My son is a ❤️ heart patient and his he was having a racing heart. Didn't matter, he had to wait 3 months. We had brought him to the emergency room twice but they just said you will have to wait for his visit with his cardiologist in 3 months - and the ER doctor said don't bring him back here.
So, that's one example of what we go through with our doctor's where we live.
I too had medical facilities showing incompetence from their side but in the vast majority of cases I had (Germany) I have got what I wanted.
In one case I had 3 times consecutively been refused an appointment for different reasons from a gastroenterology facility and I was put on a waiting list, to which I said "F it, I'll look elsewhere".
Then I found another gastroenterology facility, where they have shown even more incompetence and wouldn't even make the appointment happening because when I booked for an appointment, it said one thing (the thing I wanted) but they have registered me for something else with no room for correction nor negotiation and their response was that it was my fault for booking like an ass. So I said "F it, i'll look elsewhere".
Now in the 3rd gastroenterology facility I have an appointment with the procedure I wanted, that i'll take on Tuesday.
There are too many stories like these and I have no time nor interest to sit through these. I came for getting what I want and I intend to keep pushing and looking elsewhere until I get what I am after. If you ask me it's mostly losers that keep spreading stories like these and then paint the medics as the evil ones. Sorry not sorry.
I should have left a 1 star review on the 2nd facility but I got no time nor energy to do that. I rather expend my resources towards finding the right facility.
@NotInterestedSorry
This person is harrassing me on here. None of what she (?) says about me is true. It's totally harrasment and I have reported this person. She's being a pest. And making up lies.
It's our right to block someone.
I think she has me mixed up with some other user though. She said I deleted her opinion on one of my questions. Sorry but I do not have a delete feature on my cellphone I use to GaG, so I couldn't have blocked and deleted your opinion. Sorry not!
I had a serious case of vertigo. My doctor and the entire facility ran every test. Could not figure it out. A guy at the gym said my canaliths probably got knocked out of place while sparing and suggested some exercises. Guess who was correct?
@LiamJHayden
That is exatwhat I am talking about here.
Not to brag, but I was in a waiting room waiting to see my doctor - a neurologist. There was a middle aged man waiting in there too. We started talking to each other. I asked why he needed to see the doctor. He replied "My left leg is swollen". I said "Oh, sounds like you have lymphoedema". His mouth dropped wide open and he became silent. Then he said "The team of doctor's weren't able to diagnose me for 2 and a half years, and you aren't a doctor and you didn't examine my leg, and you diagnosed it correctly. He was amazed!
I had a friend once who told me over the telephone her leg was swollen and they said she had lymphoedema. I remembered that conversation from years ago. I never saw it.
What took specialist in Neurology 2 and a half years to diagnose, took my not even 15 seconds.
Either that, or they're just too busy and tired of everything to give us proper care. Either way it sucks.
Sometimes I think that a veterinarian is more skilled than a human doctor.
I haven’t been to mine in almost a year, they do a lot of tests because they make money on it but if something is wrong they do find it
I seem to have ended up with a very good doctor.
Both. Sometimes doctors are needed
