Like on average for an average man and woman?
Alright let's make it simple. An average man can pick up another average man. An average man can pick up 2 average women. An average woman might be able to pick up another average woman. And an average woman by and large can not pick up an average man. What does this mean? Simply put an average woman weighs around 110-130lbs. An average man weights around 170-190 lbs. So on a purely average level of strength women will be outclassed by at least 40 lbs and generally it is closer to 100lbs or more.
To give you another example. I am fairly average strength I can pick up about 300 with some struggles 250 is doable. My wife weighs maybe 115 tops. I could throw her across a room with ease. She can not even pull me across the floor. Mind you I am below average in weight I weigh 140-150 (very high metabolism)
When I got erotic massages I told the girl to lay right on top of me.
She warned me "but i will crush you"
To which I said "go ahead, crush me"
She laid on top of me, legs and arms in the air, her entire body weight on my chest.
This is the moment I understood that girls are light, so I told her "you are light".
So I got a fair estimation with weight, body mass and its correlation with strength between boys and girls. I estimate, that men are on average twice as strong as women. Biological properties by design it seems.
"men had an average of 26 lbs. (12 kilograms) more skeletal muscle mass than women. Women also exhibited about 40 percent less upper-body strength and 33 percent less lower-body strength, on average, the study found."

Think i'll be choosing yours as best answer so far!
The avarage 5'9 man has 3x more upper body strenght than the avarage 5'4 woman. (Without training). Lower body is like 2x stronger I think if I remember correctly. So its a very big difference.
Teenagers boys have won against best olympain females in the world..
3 times stronger? No way it's that much.. if we use gym for example an average guy might bench 100kg and the girl might be able to 60kg if they train exactly the same? that's only a 40% difference? which is only 0.4x stronger?
and lower body is closer than lower body for strength difference between guys and gals so many only 0.2x stronger there?
maybe* not many
Yes it is that much its more than we think.. its already been proven by research. They have much thicker bones, bigger lungs, more blood flow. They are built different.

an ordinary male can lift another male who is roughly around his own weight. a strong male can carry another male who is significiantly heavier than him.
an ordinary female can't carry another female who is her weight.
so let's say this
70 kg is not much weight for an average guy to carry
40 kg is heavy for an average girl
when i was 15 years old we played a game inour class itis called uzun eşek, i was bend over and 2guy was on my back like i was a horse one ofthem was 125 kg at the time and the other was 95 kg yes my legs were shaking but i could still stay like that for a minute.
this is the strenght of a especially strong 15 year old male. not even adult.
A lot of people don't work out. So there's a lot of fat, lazy men that would get bopped by a woman.
Plus, there are ways to deal with people who are stronger than you, like with martial arts like jiu-jitsu. If the guy is bigger, then you don't just stand in front of him trading blows; you grab him so he can't swing his hips to enough damage to, and you knock his ass to the ground with jiu-jitsu.
There's also Krav Maga, where it's about ending the fight quickly. You rip off his dick off or poke his eyes. Krav Maga teaches you how to do all of that.
There are plenty of ways to be strong. And there are plenty of guys that use mostly grappling moves because they are smaller and can't stand in front of a big guy and trade blows with them because he'll get his ass beat.
Long aricle on a study A Comparison between Male and Female Athletes in Relative Strength and Power Performances PubMed
First sentence of it's introduction section, which is it's second section - "Women athletes are known to be less strong and powerful than equally trained men [1], muscle strength of women indeed, is typically reported in the range of 40 to 75% of that of men [2]; women are also known to be less powerful than equally trained men."
25% stronger? and men are stronger both at base and in terms of potential.
Ok so talking about averages.. Google says:
On an average, women are only 52% as strong as male on upper body and 66% percent on lower body
Also it says that, average woman is stronger than only 2.5% of males or in other words average man is stronger than 97.5% of females
Men are not stronger than wen pound for pound. Men are stronger on average because men are typically bigger. Actually women are better athletes most times pound for pound then men. Plus they are definitely tougher and more resilient for sure
Guys are much stronger, stronger than me. I’m sure some women work out and maybe they are just as strong as men
How do you know exactly HOW much stronger though - like bench presses, squats exercises as example?
@KrazyCatKit Exactly how much stronger? I never seem to be able to escape their grip if I try to get away
If I remember correctly, it is on average roughly the equivalent, pound for pound, of allowing a heavyweight boxer fight for the middleweight title. There are of course huge individual variations from the norm so I would never assume anything.
Or even the bantanweight title. It is somewhere between 20% and 40% pound for pound. So if the guy is 180 and the girl is 120, he might be twice as strong.
I have known some very strong women but none were hard as strong as guys I used to workout with.
I would say somewhere like 3-5 times as strong.
Purely going off of being in the gym with females I'd say around 3 times as strong on most lifts.
Almost all men are stronger than almost all women.
I think women can be just as strong
But way less testosterone so how?
