I never have acne I only get pimples if I’m going get my period or on my period. A few months ago I use to get this same bumps on the same side and they would itch and my boyfriend and I would say is allergies but after months they came back I don't know what they are

change your pillowcase. use cotton or silk. and wash your face with something gentle not chemical before you go to bed
