Am just doing it for fun. Mine is 18.5. But BMI alone can never say if you are healthy or not. You can gain more due to more muscle mass etc..
BMI is a horrible measurement for women, minorities, and anyone who works out. It was made for sedentary white men. It should be done away with and the focus should be on body composition measurements to give people the best view of their health.
As a curvy, tall girl who works out and is muscular, my BMI says obese but my body fat percentage is only 25%. Most of that is in my chest alone.
"For people aged 20 to 39, women should aim for 21% to 32% of body fat. Men should have 8% to 19%. For people 40 to 59, women should fall between 23% to 33% and men should fall around 11% to 21%. If you're aged 60 to 79, women should have 24% to 35% body fat and men should have 13% to 24%."

26 but it's cuz I'm basically a dwarf so it throws it off. Bmi doesn't work well for very short or very tall people
BMI is like 25, so I’m technically slightly overweight…. except my REAL scale says I’m under 10% body fat. Sorry for lifting🙄😒 Every time I go to the doctor and I see a BMI number on the chart, I’m like “REALLY? How about giving us an actual body fat analysis, you cheap/lazy fucks?”

December 7 2023 I was diagnosed with Prediabetes, high blood pressure and high bad cholesterol. My bmi was 29.58 weight 230 lb 6.5 oz. Bp was 134/91 I stopped all soft drinks and ate chicken Caesar salads from Sam’s club I use Taco Bell mild sauce and black pepper for my dressing 25 mg of sodium per 2 tablespoons I believe
December 21 2023 - I went back for blood pressure checkup I am proud to say with high cholesterol medicine - my bmi is 28.22, my weight is now 219 lbs 6.8 oz, and bp is now 127/85 😃👍
I sport 4-5x/wk and have a fat mass of 14%, you healthy region.
19.9. My resolution last year was to gain weight because I was veeeery underweight 😍 I'm still bony but this is a big ol' improvement
Depends how you are measuring of course , scales ( cheap ) are not accurate. BMI measure is a vital health indicator.

It's bang in the middle of the healthy category I think. Something like 21.5.
6'2 and 196 with just under 10% body fat and run and work out six days per week. BMI has me at 25.2, which is "overweight" proving the useless of BMI.
FYI, for anyone that exercises frequently, that BMI calculator is completely inaccurate.
31 and it means fuck all. Body fat percentage is a better measure.
19.3! I used to be around 17ish but been eating well and working out to gain some weight and mass, looks like it’s paying off!
It is 27.5. I am overweight. The last time i checked i had a Body Fat percentage of 16.
25.5 - I guess I’m 3.8lbs overweight. So not too terrible.
