Without shoes I'm 5'11 & I weight around 170lbs rn at the end of the day.
Definitely healthy for me. I can see visible abs. Though not as much as before since I've been enjoying some cookies more lately. But I'm still under 17 percent bodyfat so I'm good for now.
And I think my bmi has always been higher than what is average for my height because:
- I'm mostly legs & my legs carry more muscle & fat than my upper body (which is less dangerous) so I could get away with higher bodyfat percentage than an individual who carried more visceral fat in their abdominal region more.
- The muscle amount that I've accumulate through the years also slightly throws off the bmi.
- My bone density seems to be decently high. This is speculation ofc but I've experienced being heavier than many people with significantly less muscle mass than them. My mother even said my biological sister & I were heavier babies even though we were the same size as a normal one.

Yes, it is, after some years being overweight. I moved to Seattle and started walking to work and dropped 20 pounds without trying. I'm down another 20 and my weight hasn't changed for a couple of years.
I am 5'2 and like 98 pounds. I don't know what my BMI is 18.4 so am a bit underweight according to BMI. But BMI is not accurate it was created for bodybuilders but BMI alone can not say if you are healthy or not. Muscles way more than fat so someone who is muscular can be seen as obese on the BMI scale and still be healthy
5'0", 142lbs.
Don't even know my BMI, just know I got a clean bill of health from my doctor.

I'm 6'1", and around 190 lbs. The BMI calculators all say that I'm overweight. It's total bullshit since it doesn't account for muscle mass and such.
6'3, 155 lbs, and it is somewhat. I used to be skinnier, but I have gained some weight throughout the years, although it fluctuates a lot from 150 - 165.
I am 6 feet and 205. My body fat percentage is 19%. I think BMI is not a very accurate measurement of health.
I’m 6’0” and 201lbs. I lost so much weight but I still look big. I was 252lbs. My doctor said those BIM things are bogus and don’t depend on them. I don’t know what mine is.
6'2" (188 cm), 205 lbs (93 kg), okay BMI, could be lower
I’m 6’1 and my BMI says I’m obese 😔 working on it though
6'2, 196, and BMI is useless for those who are athletic. According to BMI I'm "overweight" but have just under 10% bodyfat.
I'm 5'5 weigh is 160lb it probably wouldn't hurt to lose a little.
110 lbs, 5’6”. Almost 5’7”. BMI says I’m a bit underweight
6'4 260lbs. BMI is so inaccurate.
6’6, 215 lbs. healthy bmi
