But we have the is the same lump that is on same place before the ear that I have on my left ear and its small you won't even notice it but when I touch it you can feel the lump also my left ear it doesn't have a loud hearing compared to my right ear. Can I still get a surgery if its small?

I'd just go see an ear doctor - they'll look in your ear with one of those light things and check it out. Doesn't hurt to get lumps checked, ya know? If it's nothing then cool, but better safe than sorry. Don't worry about the size - doctors can handle small stuff. Just make an appointment and tell your parents what's up.
