Every after I eat I poop

The vast majority of anything you eat is processed by your body and you consume most of calories and what not just to process it. As a result if you are trying to lose weight you need to reduce the amount you eat. Also try and have a healthy mix of foods. I have fruits, pancakes, eggs and bacon in the morning with a glass of milk and orange juice. For lunch I have a simpler sandwich some mixed nuts and 2 glasses of water for dinner I have a large dinner that has a protein item 1-2 vegetable items (salad + something normally) and a starch (or equivalent) or 2 (rice, potatoes, bread, beans) with a glass of water, and milk. I have trouble gaining and keeping weight anyways so my diet is specifically structured to ensure I maintain my current weight and maybe manage to gain a little weight

When you burn fat it doesn't come out in your stool but as CO2 in your breath. Or as ketones if you are doing keto.

lol, if only. But no it’s more about what your body extracts before it removes what’s left over as poop. If the stuff going in is good for you, balanced diet and you are burning energy to make that poop then yes you would lose weight, but if you are shoving rubbish in and just letting time decide when you poop, then no.

Yes, it's good to have regular bowel movements (poop). I have a history of small bowel obstruction and trust me it's horrible. I have to be admitted and have a NG Tube passed down through my nose down to my lower bowel, and they suction all bowel out of me.

Deficating every day is healthy. You wolose weigh in any substantial way just by having a bowel movement. If you want to lose weigh switch to a diet that is mostly fiber.
