I have a performance in my school where I'm the lead singer. Few days ago I got sick and now I have a sore throat and it's really hard to maintain breath control. The performance is in 2 days. Any tips?

Dissolve a teaspoon of salt in half a glass of hot water. When it cools down enough not to harm you, gargle with it (do not swallow!). Repeat 3-4 times a day. Salt kills bacteria and cleanses the mucous membrane from their toxic secretions.
Take two onions and a large jar. Chop the onion into small cubes and layer it in the jar, sprinkling with sugar. Leave at room temperature for 2-3 hours until the onion releases its juice. Then store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Every time you open the fridge, take two tablespoons of the syrup; you can also take it at night. It also has antibacterial properties and creates a protective film on the mucous membrane, speeding up the healing process.
I don't know if two days are enough for a cure, but it's worth a try.
Lots of hot tea with honey, long hot showers if you don't have a fever. Do not take hot showers if you have a fever.
the salt water gargle as others have recommended
If needed, drink some hot water with honey and lemon also.
