I've been sick for 3 weeks now.

Making a cup of tea always helps & instead of adding sugar adding honey from a local source could do wonders. Local honey is made by local 🐝’s & local bees are exposed to local flowers & more.

Go to a doctor, please. You could have bronchitis or another infection like pneumonia.

Years ago I had bad coughing and I thought I was dying when I tried to sleep I had to put a wet cloth over my mouth, I couldn't breathe. Later I discovered it was coughing from acid reflux. I got medication and they saw my throat had very bad irritation. Maybe something like that if you already went to the doctor and they said it wasn't an infection. Also, try taking a medication for cough called Dextromethorphan, it's usually in cough medicine. It can ease the coughing. Warm chamomile tea helps too.

1/4 90 proof alcohol
1/4 lemon juice
1/4 honey

Yeah but I don't know when Swedes can drink, some nations are 16, some 18 or 21. Hence why I asked.

If you can, sit in a sauna or steam room. Other wise, heat up a pot of water and inhale the steam.

It'll help heal the scabs and crap in your lungs and sinuses.
