Are gym bros "superior" and more "masculine" to men who are physically unfit or weak?

Not here to criticize gym or working out. I do go to the gym regularly myself. But do people whose personality revolves around bodybuilding and fitness genuinely believe that shorter, weaker or unfit males are not "real men" or incompetent, complacent men? For example is a random dude who does bodybuilding automatically a superior male to a small, frail man like Jack Ma?
