When you have a broken nose what happens if you don’t fix it? ?

I’ve always believed I have a broken nose since years ago , bc I got hit but a few months ago while being in a toxic relationship I got hit bad in my face and my nose hit the metal from the bed. My nose didn’t bleed but I did get a cut and a bump on the bridge of my nose. I already have a long nose so it made it even worse and bumpy. I randomly get headaches between my brows and where I have my nose.

It will heal up in whatever position it is left in. This means it will generally end up being crooked after it heals. As a result it can lead to trouble breathing, nasal congestion, recurrent sinus infections, issues sleeping, chronic pain, nose bleeds, etc.
