Biologically speaking probably 19-34 or 35. If you're wanting to go older, I think that's fine too. My aunt, she had twins at the age of 49 with her second husband, back in 2012, but they did fertility treatment. I think even in pre/peri-menopause, as long as you're still having your monthly, you're still able to get pregnant.

The thing is, can you CONTROL WHEN YOU'LL GET MARRIED? ? ! Or find a man to love you? ? ! I don't think so. So it also matters the stability of the relationship (the commitment) and also the stability of the finances, especially in this day and age! Anyway..

I was 24 when I gave birth, I was 23 when I got pregnant. My Mom was 32 when she had me, so there was a big age difference between us. The other little girls at school had Mom's that were around 27, so I always felt envious of them because my Mom was almost 40 when I was only seven. We never really had much in common either.
So, I would say early 20's.

Late 20s to early 30s is ideal. The woman is typically financially and emotionally stable, healthy, and able to successfully carry to term and raise the child.

My mother got pregnant when she was 20 and my dad was 25.

I wish they could have established their careers first and got children later on. Even though we were born by very young and virile parents, we grew up with them being able to offer less for the proper growth.

My mom was almost 45 when I was born, and despite what some on here might think I am not quite as dumb as a rock. But I do wish my parents had been younger just so that I could have enjoyed their presence for more years than I did.

Biologically and historically 16-24 is the ideal time with the least amount of risks. One of the reasons we’re having so many young people with health issues is because their mothers had them later in life.

I disagree. I think it's the toxins in the food as well as the stress of the current times. Old fathers are known to pass on genetic/birth defects as well don't you know. And can take longer to get a woman pregnant.
