I think I have somewhat nice fitness potential 😂
have been doing single leg squats on my healthy leg very easily.

Gotta stop though, I want my legs to look balanced. If I keep doing single leg squats, my injured leg won’t get toned.

I also have an injured leg with little mobility. I can't even do any stretches with it or bend it past like 60 degrees. I can't even kneel normally. It's pretty frustrating 😂
No I don't do any single leg squats because I don't like the idea of uneven legs 😂
Injured leg like broken? Mine is broken, 3-4 months unable to walk.
Sorry to hear about yours. I don’t do it all the time, just tried for a few days wanted to check my abilities
No mine is permanently injured since I was like 19 I think. My left leg had a bone tumor right behind the knee and I have a massive scar that starts from halfway down my thigh that goes all the way down right below my knee where the incision was. Ever since I had that surgery, my mobility has been limited. I'm still fit as hell. I go for hikes, play soccer, workout often, but I just can't kneel, do certain stretches, or do intense lateral movements
Glad you manage to stay fit and enjoy all these activities! It’s amazing.
I have been so many exercises lying down, I sometimes forget I am injured. I feel good. I just wish I can walk soon. But for these types of fracture healing takes 4-6 months and it’s been just 2 months and a half, can’t wait to go for hikes.
You'll get there! Love the enthusiasm. But take the recovery time seriously and don't overexert yourself.
I didn't take the recovery time seriously because I wanted to be up and about and also didn't take the physio seriously and I think that affected my leg's mobility. I was literally jumping off swings 2 weeks after the surgery when they said not to do any sports or anything for 2 months.
As for physio - At this stage I can just move my ankle joint, while I can’t walk, so I am doing that, I even tried drawing with my injured leg 🤣🤣🤣 My ankle moves as flexibly as my uninjured ankle, I think that’s because I am very restless and always moved it from the very beginning.
I have been doing Ankle pumps, Ankle Alphabet Writing, Ankle Circles. And my injured ankle moves the same way my healthy ankle does.
Glad to hear it's going well 😁
I can do pistol squats relatively effortlessly. It's one of the few motions where I really excel, although I think it's more about balance than quad/glute/ham strength. Been a sprinter and long jumper and skateboarder starting from early childhood. Think I got used to basic the motion. Upper body motions are where I'm relatively weaker than many guys, but I can do pistol squats all day.
I have not and definitely ain't trying. gonna bust my ass doing some stupid shi like that xD
🤣🤣🤣
Back when I used to go to the gym everyday I could, now I’m weak asfff

It's good to keep in shape but you will end up with legs that look vastly different only doing one leg while the other heals.
Yeah, that’s why I stoped 🤣 I just wanted to check my abilities and did those pretty easily. Now I stopped and going back to lying down both legs and whole body exercises.
Not anymore. I used to when someone challenged me to be able to do pistol squats. But now that I know I can, I just stick to both.
When I was rehabbing my fake hip I did them a little bit.
I mean I could...
but I rather not, lol
O pistol squats? No not really I prefer doing standard two legged squats.
What happened to you? :(
No but considering it
Looks really hard
Yes.
