Why I have a weird sound in my right ear help?

It’s not a ringing noise, it’a a weird repetitive sound in my right ear that doesn’t go away. I was hearing music and then that ear bud on that side kinda shocked my ear. And the noise won’t go away. it kindas sounds like when someone is racking the leaves off the floor with a broom. Hard to explain. Or like someone breathing hard over and over. Almsot like a buzzing noise…

Not sure but I have hyperacusis & when my tensor tympani muscles activate, I feel a flutter & also sometimes feels like it's vibrating when it's fully triggered.

When you heard sound in general, did all of your hearing temporarily lower in decibels?

That’s probably tinnitus. You want to check this out early, when you still can do something against it.

Lucky you that you can hear the sound at its normal strength, use one of those ear things the cotton tips, something like that
