What is this behind my ear lobe?

This is when I first discovered it but it’s seemed to change

I had gotten my hair cut on Friday, Saturday I felt behind my ear lobe and it felt like a hard bump, I didn’t think nothing of it. Yesterday I felt it and still there, I was getting concerned and had my girlfriend look at it. And it was a hard bump but alittle red. It’s sensitive to the touch, she thinks it’s a pimple or ingrown hair. But I’m concerned what is this? I posted some pics.

Rub some alcohol over the skin or on a thick needle to prevent bacteria. Then puncture on the bump, enough for it to breathe and little liquid comes out. Then have your girlfriend squeeze out the liquid. So the bump could flatten. Probably clear pus will come out, then blood. After that, then put neosporin and a band aid so it could heal.

I thought it was a mosquito bite. If it’s not itchy then I don’t know. Maybe a swollen lymph node.

I had acne there once as a younger guy. It happens. Just scrub there a bit more.
