I have no idea. I’ve been lifting for like 25 years and my bench is still SO weak, lmfao, I think I’m just not built to be strong in that way, it’s definitely not from any lack of trying. Then I see kids who can’t lift anywhere near as much as me in other exercises and they’re pushing 225 for reps, like 16 years old🤦‍♂️😂 I can’t even bench my fucking weight, so fucking embarrassing. Every week for a quarter-century, I’d probably have an extra year of time in my life if I had just known this would be the result and just skipped chest day all together, it’d be a negligible difference. I just don’t understand it😂 So Keanu may or may not be able to bench a lot, who knows?
