I decreased in weight cause I stopped benching for a long time I used to be able to do 145lbs as my max and I weighed 110lbs back then too and now I weigh 120lbs and I don't know my max cause I haven't tried, but I did 65lbs 10 reps easily, 75lbs 8 reps easily, and 80lbs 6 reps easily. I am gonna put my weight up next time I bench.

The guy holding the dumbbells "weeman", can bench 150lbs at a body weight of 115lbs. He's shredded. I hadn't seen him in a while and was excited. :-P

Probably, but I just started benching 4 days ago so I am sure I could surpass 150lbs easily after a couple weeks since I used to be able to do 145 and that was when I weighed less too I have more muscle mass to work with now.

i think its just fat, you'll be surprised at how heavy that weight feels when you get back into it. trust me. lol I do incline bench press 135lbs for 10 reps. people were mirin' given my weight of course.

I know jack shit about all this weight lifting stuff. You could tell me you bench 70 lbs and that it's really impressive and I'd be inclined to believe it.

That wouldn't be important to me, actually. I'm not one of those girls who is impressed by weightlifting abilities to be honest. There are other things that would impress me about a guy, like musical ability for example.
