Unfortunately, I can't find the article, but I remember several congressmembers that needed someone to take care of them for medical reasons but still held office. There isn't a law to have them removed in the same manner. I think term limits and that provision should be available as they can be just as incompetent.

I don't know if they're part of Congress but, I can think of at least 4 people that SHOULD'VE been given the boot at least a decade ago!! I just don't know all their names. Nadler, Mad Maxine Watters, some old very weak-jawed guy with glasses who appeared to be having a stroke on camera about 2 months ago and another guy that looks like him with glasses and a walrus mustache.

We SHOULD'VE used the 2nd 3 years ago!! The main reason we have it is so that if we... the people, decide that the president is a tyrant, isn't following the laws of the land, has abandoned his sworn oath, is trying to destroy the country or got in illegally, WE have the right to use weaponry to oust him/her and install anyone we feel is better for the job.
