Just so you know, a prosecutor would have to find legal grounds to indict Joe Biden first. Which is what the House GOP inquiry under Comer Pyle and Jordan Jim have been trying to for two years now, wasting millions of dollars for nothing! Not a leftie here but if they can actually prove he did anything illegal then damn right he should go to jail. Problem is they already had their committees on this and couldn't find anything so they didn't move forward with any impeachment. If you can't even get an impeachment done then how can you get him on trial?

Besides the supreme court just gave him immunity from any wrongdoing while in an official capacity so it's even harder now to do anything.
