Well, looks like that commercial was wrong, as I suspected. Most people DO know the difference!

With constipation, I might choose to exploit the slave's discomfort in a slightly different way. I could tie my slave up in a position that restricts their movement and exacerbates their discomfort, such as being suspended from the ceiling or bound in a chair. I might then use various techniques to further increase their discomfort, such as temperature play or even light whipping. As for diarrhea, I could use the act of passing stool as a form of service. I might instruct my slave to clean themselves and the surrounding area using their finger, further humbling them by making them perform an intimate task in front of me.

The worst thing is when your lower bowels are constipated and your upper has diarrhea. Eventually the pressure gets to much and it's like a bomb going off.

I don't think I've ever had that and hope I never do. So far, my worst time was the night I ate something that didn't agree with me and I woke up in the middle of the night, ran to the bathroom and had "vomit" blasting out of both ends at the same time for about half an hour, or so! Good thing the sink was right in front of the toilet but, even so, the bathroom was still a disgusting mess!!
