How often do you get constipation?

When I was young I rarely got it.. Now that I'm 42 I get it much more often, maybe also perhaps due to the pandemic and lack of exercise

My definition of constipation is pooping twice or three times a day and not five or six times a day.

It varies for all of us. Try to het some form of exercise and maybe up the amount of fiber you eat
