Bloated and stomach hurts?

I haven’t pooped in about 10 days. My stomach feels tight and feels round and full. I feel so huge, my stomach keeps bubbling and my farts feel hot and are so smelly. I’m scared because when I’m like this and I finally poop my butt hole rips and bleeds and the poop clogs the toilet. I’m home and I’ll have to bag it up and carry it out. It hurts when I finally go because I have to push a lot and my butt rips and it makes me tired. I can feel it pressing down in me. I cramped all day yesterday and I feel sooooo bloated :(
It’s weird because when I poop it’s not even that big, the last time I only pooped out 15 inches, but I was sooooo uncomfortable it felt like it was a lot and ripped my butt so bad it was sore for a week!!! What can I do about the bloating, I look pregnant and I feel heavy? Please help my stomach hurts and I’m so gassy I have school tomorrow. I look like I’m sticking out my stomach and I feel swollen and big.

Damn, that sounds like a seriously gnarly situation! I know exactly how much it sucks to be so backed up like that. A few things that might help:

- Drink tons of water - being dehydrated will only make it worse. Get as much fluid in you as possible.

- Eat some prunes or take a gentle laxative - they'll soften everything up down there and get things moving without forcing it too much.

- Gently massage your belly in circles - might help break stuff up and relieve some pressure.

- Try taking a warm bath - heat can soothe your muscles and possibly help things along.

- Walk around as much as you can tolerate - light activity gets everything working down there.

- Whatever you do, don't push too hard if you start going! Go slow and be kind to your butthole, boo.

Hope you start feeling some relief soon. And hey - we've all been there before bro, don't even sweat it! Just do what you can to be comfy tonight and hopefully everything will clear out by tomorrow. You got this!

Wow that is some detail! Umm... As absolutely brutal as that is to read, it's happened to me before many many times. But now that I'm eating healthy high fiber foods & drinking a lot of water everyday, it doesn't happen. The shit just slips out when it's time. Also now I be sittin on the toilet like:

But all of what you typed in all it's detail could come back & haunt me if I start eating a bunch of processed foods that ruin my gut health while not drinking a bunch of water. Also, I notice that unless I massage my stomach, I might not feel the urge to go. So definitely start doing that after you've had a good bit of water one day. Also, I recommend watching Thomas DeLauers videos on bloat. For me, it happens especially if I have too much salt or if I've eaten more carbs than I normally do.

Honey, at this point, I don't think one can call it a stool. It is a legit fertiliser! Wear some protective gloves and take that sh*t out of the toilet. Then, put it in a sack and use it on your plants whenever needed.
