I'm starting my senior year in high school,
I'm alittle bit stressed .
I lost weight and I gained it back even I work out and a diet plan okay I maybe was hard on myself,
I need to stop thinkin of food and live like normal people.
Any tips?
You don't seem overweight to me. But anyways I suggest you make sure you eat 5 meals a day (by this I don't mean LARGE meals every time). Eat healthy, drink water as well as juice. Stay active by doing cardio. I'm in college and I work out as well as study every night, its just a matter of how well you can handle time management. Its definitely possible. Some days are tougher than others but coffee before a workout helps me out.
Just make up a "foodplan", like what you can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ask your parents to cook a bit healthier (if they don't do that already) and allow yourself 2-3 snacks a day, healthy snacks. They say eating an apple before you go to sleep might work too.
Don't forget sports! Dancing, zumba, tennis, ... find one you like and join a club!
It would help if you could confirm your height.
That said, life is not that complicated. Eat a fair bit of lean protein and vegetables, and then scale carbs to your calorie needs. If you want the number on the scale to go down, eat less carbs then you are currently. People can theorize all you want, but if your weight is going up and you don't want it too, you're eating more then you need.
She already said 3'5 :)
And I agree with john5246. Most of us cannot speculate on the proper nutritional requirements for someone with that stature. My 2 year old is 3'1", but growing rapidly vertically ... and weighs like 25 lbs.
Hit about 100g/day lean protein, including some dairy, lots of non-starchy vegetables. Twice a week eat whatever you want for one meal. No cheating beyond that.
Eat meals rich in fiber and low in fat.
Drink ice water when you're studying.
Drink green tea after every meal.

"Achually?" Methinks you should concentrate on school and not your weight. ;)
Stop stressing. That doesn't help you as far as trying to cut back and all that. Just exercise and eat more fruits and veggies. Keep eating carbs, but just cut them down by a lot.
This whole thing must be a joke, no one is 3'5" and weighs 121lbs. And if you're a legitimate dwarf isn't this something you should be asking a doctor? Do you think people on the internet have the sense to gauge a dwarf's correct weight?
for a person with normal height, 121 lbs would not be too much in the first place. If you really are only 3'5 tho, that would be way too much, so that you should see a doctor about it
Aerobics and lots of lean protein :) lots a veggies as well. Good luck
You're 3 foot and 5 inches tall?
