I totally get it. I used to be the same way. But it's more of a stress looking everyday, which certainly doesn't help. Daily weight will go up and down. Never down completely steadily. I would pay attention to weekly or biweekly. Put the scale away so you don't feel inclined to do it every day. Then pull it out on a certain day each week to see how things are going.
It is best to not worry about daily weight loss; but to look at it from a weekly basis.
