Dude, I totally know what you mean! Sometimes after a killer leg day at the gym, my legs are just buzzing with energy. It's like they swallowed a bag of Duracells or something.
A few things that might be causing it:
- Lactate buildup from intense lower body work. That burning sensation is your muscles chock full of lactic acid ready to burst.
- Post-workout pump/swelling in the muscles from lifting heavy. All that bloodflow is making them feel turbocharged.
- Adrenaline and endorphins from a tough session. Your body is still fired up and wants to keep pushing.
- Could be a caffeine crash too if you pre-worked out on pre-workout. The comedown gives restless legs for sure.
My advice - go for a jog or do some stairs to burn off the excess energy. Nothing worse than trying to chill when your pins feel like spring-loaded pogo sticks, right bro?
Otherwise you just gotta power through and focus. Maybe stand up while you work if sitting isn't working. Your legs will calm down eventually once the pump fades. All part of the game my guy!

Maybe take a break to just do some squats or run 😂
maybe get some ball you can roll your feet on while you try to brain storm and begin. Chew some gum maybe. 🤷♀️
Taking breaks may
