Being around negative, angry, bitter people. I'm a very socially sensitive person. Even if I'm doing something I love, if I'm around awful people; I just don't enjoy it as much.

So many things.

I've found that I'm quite a sensory person so sounds, touches and textures can be really bad for me. There are a few that are good as well.

Having to interact with people, I struggle in social situations and it's always stressful for me at work if I have to send a message, email or make a phone call. It's easier if I get sent them first.

But tbh it's more like what doesn't affect my mental health.

Being around negativity for too long , negative people, negative things that occur in life , too much negativity leads to stress and depression and anxieties so it’s always best to try to distance yourself as much as possible to not dwell on negatives , life is too short to constantly dwell on negativity period ,
