No. It's neural. Nothing is bad. Nothing is good. One mans treasure is another mans trash. This is true for everything. It is the individual who makes something bad or good. Natural is amoral.

No some people truly do not want to improve themselves in fact most people don’t take steps to improve themselves and yes it can be an addiction (addiction: the fact or condition of being addicted to a particular substance, thing, or activity) since self improvement is an activity

Yep some people don’t however a lot of people do but they never take the steps to actually improve only a small percentage of people actually want to improve and take the necessary steps. We can take Americas obesity rate as an example which more than 2 in 5 adults are obese which is insane to me personally

@Abbycado Everyone wants to be better but that isn't striving to be better. Wishing and hoping is natural but goal achieving is not. Doing something just to survive isn't the same as doing something to thrive. Humans naturally are hard wired to survive not thrive. Much of the human is but a mass of addictions.

That’s were you’re wrong addiction isn’t inherently a bad thing it’s just what you think of as addiction that is bad you can be addicted to self improvement (you still have free will)
