Took up amateur athletics, from an early age, that helped me complete with others, physically, mentally and emotionally. Physical exercise helped me focus on goals, and was probably better than anything a counselor could provide

Started boxing after high school. I always played sports but that was over now and boxing filled that void. It's been six years and I haven't gained a pound and am in great shape

The best thing I did was remain in abstinence in a relationship and remove friends from my life.
If people aren’t working hard like me and aren’t being a good parent like me - I don’t have time for that
