I lost a lot of weight eating 4-6 meals a day. But those were small meals to satisfy my craving, to keep me satiated, as well as to keep my metabolism constantly working. If you wait till you’re hungry there’s a good chance you’ll overeat. I know I would.

I lost 70lbs. Eating 4 meals a day. Listen to your body. But know when you're actually hungry and not just eating out of boredom. Even though I ate 4 meals a day, not all calories are equal. Sometimes you can eat and not be hungry after 8 hrs. Sometimes you can be hungry 2 hrs later, depending on what those calories were. I would eat about every 5 hrs. And if I got hungry in between I'd just eat like a handful of nuts. That's almost pure protein! Protein leaves you satiated longer.

If you want to loose fat, but maintain muscle mass, meals are important to get enough calories and proteins so you don't burn muscle
3 meals set times. have a bit of carbs, i mean not sweet, ready for if you feel hungry. a bit of pretzels with cool water.
A calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight other than surgery
Never skip meals. Three balanced meals is needed.
Eat often n small.
