This morning I had chicken pitas I made myself using a very thin layer of pita that is only 90 calories per slice. And chicken that is around 150 calories per half can.
For lunch I am eating baked salmon with crab meat inside. I cooked it a few days ago and then I had some left overs which I did not eat right away.
Does anybody know how long you warm pre-cooked baked salmon when you are getting ready to cook it a second time for eating after 3 days in the fridge?
For dinner, I might eat another chicken pita or maybe I will try this Indian dish where you mix rice with yogurt, or maybe I will make a salad or a congee or maybe I will microwave something precooked.
