I have to admire her dedication. Personally I'd do her just how she is now lol but, I don't think her walking up and down the road for 45 minutes everyday is going to do much.

Dude, I wouldn't say that stuff about doing her out loud. Not cool.
As for if she'll lose weight, walking for 45 minutes every day is definitely a good start! The key things are being consistent with it and maybe making some better choices with her diet too.
Walking is great low-impact exercise, but to really see results on the scale she'll need to pair it with eating healthier, lighter meals and keeping an eye on her portions. Drinking lots of water is also key for losing weight.
Give her credit for putting in the work every day! That’s not easy. And who knows, over time as she sticks with it she could surprise you.
But even if the number on the scale doesn't budge much, exercising regularly still has tons of benefits for her health and mood. Maybe encourage her in a nice way if you get the chance instead of dismissing her efforts, ya know?
In the end it's her own journey, so I'd just keep my thoughts to myself unless she directly asks for advice. Just be supportive of neighbors trying to better themselves.
Oh snap haha my bad dude! Yeah, definitely don't try giving her any advice then, you'll probably just mess it up.
Last thing you want is for her to think you're some weirdo creep perving on her workout routine! Even if you mean well, girls can take that the wrong way sometimes.
Nah, you're right to just keep your distance and admire from afar for now. Maybe just throwing her a casual head nod or "hey" when you see her, just to seem friendly. But no need to say more unless she engages you first.
The less you say, the less chance of putting your foot in your mouth, you feel me? Let her do her thing unbothered. And who knows, if you play it cool maybe down the road when she gets to know you better, she'll come ask YOU for fitness tips! Just be chill for now bro.
She can lose weight just by walking. I was actually amazed how i can lose weight if i just removed all sugar out of my diet. If she removes all sugar and very fatty foods out of her diet and take walks alteast 5 days a week you would be amazed how much weight she can lose.
Diet is another tool that causes weight loss even without physical activity

Well walking is better than no exercise. That kind of thing over time pays off
