I have been eating really healthy for over 10 years now, so I don't have to diet. Just get into a healthy routine and the rest is easy.

Tell yourself horrible things like... I'll be unattractive and ugly if I don't. Just look in the mirror a lot and you'll develop what's called body dysmorphia. That right there will make you never cheat your diet.
Try to but pizza and peanut butter cup are very tempting. Forgetting to buy them, but sometime they mysterious appear in my shopping bag when I arrive home.
