Binge eating can be a difficult habit to break, but there are several steps you can take to help manage it and prevent it from impacting your physique. Here are some tips that may be helpful:
1. Identify triggers: Try to identify what triggers your binge eating episodes. This could be stress, boredom, or certain emotions. Once you identify your triggers, you can work on finding alternative ways to cope with these feelings.
2. Eat regularly: It's important to eat regularly throughout the day, as skipping meals can lead to feelings of hunger and trigger binge eating. Aim to eat three meals per day, with healthy snacks in between if needed.
3. Practice mindful eating: Mindful eating involves paying close attention to the food you are eating and the sensations in your body while you are eating. This can help you tune in to your body's hunger and fullness signals and prevent overeating.
4. Avoid restrictive diets: Restrictive diets can often lead to binge eating, as they can create feelings of deprivation. Instead of following a restrictive diet, focus on eating a balanced diet that includes a variety of nutrient-dense foods.
5. Seek support: Consider seeking support from a therapist or a support group to help you manage your binge eating. They can provide you with the tools and strategies you need to break the cycle of binge eating.
Remember, overcoming binge eating takes time and effort, so be patient with yourself. Celebrate your successes along the way, no matter how small they may seem.

Might as well throw any snacks out and just keep those! Your right it’s still a carb but better than chocolate or candy carbs
Watermelon is very very sweet but lower in carbs then other fruits. Monk fruit is a naturally sweet fruit many times more potent than sugar and just as healthy as tangerines or any other vegetable. They have the powdered form on amazon, it's better than sugar and equally sweet.
If you feel like binge eating, eat one bite of chili pepper everytime
