Try strong peppermints or chewing ginger gum. Also papaya tablets. All are natural and excellent for settling the stomach. You shake your muscles out when finished too?

The problem is that you eat based on your appetite and how you feel, rather than based on what you need to eat.
Just because you feel hungry doesn’t mean you have to eat, and you can eat even if you don’t feel hungry.
Just fkn control yourself. That’s all there is to it. Have some willpower and stop making excuses. Humans don’t need to eat nearly as much as we are told. 1 proper meal a day and one snack is plenty
