Cheating on a diet cheating?

There is a lady that works at my job. She's in her early fifties. She is a little bit chunky and she talks about losing weight. We normally order food at work but the last couple of times she is ordered a salad which I thought was a good thing. But after leaving work you catch her at the fast food place down the block.

Lol this reminds me of my brother who dated a woman who was a “health nut” and would never let her kids eat anything they enjoyed at all. One day she can into Taco Bell where I was working and ordered the biggest steak item smothered in cheese.

She’s probably eating the salad for appearances in front of her co-workers, especially since she talks about losing weight. However, many people who overeat do it in private because they feel ashamed.

Maybe she's picking up food for her husband or kids. I don't eat fast food, but I'll pick up a burger and fries for my husband.
