Period at night?

Is it normal not to bleed on your period at night time? Like soon as I go to sleep I don’t need to wear a pad then when I use the toilet in the morning it comes out then?

It really depends on how heavy your normal periods are. Gravity does come into play, think of a water bottle held upside down and one on its side.

You may think you do not bleed in the night as normal occurrence, then you get a heavy period and your bed is a massacre zone.

If in doubt about normal or not always ask a professional for advice.
